I have checked my printer settings and I still can't print... Please Help.

Does anything print at all or do you get any error messages?

Can you print to that printer from another program?

Can you print to a different printer from Employee Tracker?

Try changing to a different printer in the program (if you have one), then changing back to see if that helps.

Thank you for using the PenSoft Community Forum! Error 20 is usually associated with a specific device, most commonly a printer. Generally, error 20 displays when the device is not ready and can be due to a variety of situations. If the printer is turned off, there are unplugged cables, an empty paper tray and numerous other possibilities, the error may appear.

Check the printer directly for any sign of the above listed problems, or try printing a test page directly from the printer settings in the Printers and Faxes window in the operating system. If the printer continues to display the error, you may need to contact your IT department.
