How are you getting the Shareholder's company paid insurance on their W-2's? I am told it should show in box 1, box 14 and box 16 only.

It is to only show on line 2 of the 941.

I setup an income item called 2% Sh Ins.

Under options I checked:

Non-monetary income
Report as a fringe benefit
Include in Form W-2 Box 14

I unchecked all but the federal and state withholding under the taxes.

I then entered a payroll dated 12/31/14 with the amount of the insurance and then did an override of the withholding. This gave me a zero check, and filled in the reports correctly.

I suspect some of these boxes didn't need to be checked, but it didn't seem to hurt anything so I left them.

Hope this helps. If you experiment with it and find some adjustments that are quicker please be sure to let me know.
