It is our mission to offer powerful training sessions designed to provide participants with the information needed to not only learn how to use PenSoft Payroll, but how to improve the processes driving the software as well.
Stephanie came to PenSoft in 1993 from the accounting firm Eggleston, Smith, Hall, Cottman & Co. of Newport News, Virginia. Her 21 years experience in payroll and accounting including over 15 years at PenSoft, supporting thousands of PenSoft Payroll users from all across the United States, allow Stephanie to create top-notch training curriculum and materials for seminars and workshops.
Stephanie graduated from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She is a Certified Payroll Professional, current president of the ColonialCapital APA Chapter, and serves on the 2008 Virginia Statewide Payroll Conference Committee.
Melineé came to PenSoft in 1997 from Alaska USA Federal Credit Union. A native of Baltimore she grew up in a military family traveling world wide. She has over 22 years of accounting and payroll experience including over 11 years with PenSoft. As Director of Training & Program Support and offsite training instructor, Melineé brings invaluable experience and professionalism to the PenSoft family. Her exemplary leadership is passed on to program support, enabling PenSoft to provide outstanding customer service.
Melineé graduated from University of Maryland overseas division in Hilderburg, Germany with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. She is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) current President Elect of the Hampton Roads APA chapter, secretary and education coordinator for the Colonial Capital APA Chapter and serves as Co-Chair on the 2008 Virginia Statewide Payroll Conference Committee.
Joi came to PenSoft in 2011 from Fairfax County Water Authority, where she held the title of Accountant. There she was able to sharpen her accounting and customer service skills and trained other associates to do the same. She is a native of the Hampton Roads Virginia area. Joi has over twelve years of accounting and payroll experience. Along with her role as Program Consultant, she acts as a mentor to her fellow co-workers. Joi contributes to many PenSoft publications and represents the company as host and organizer for various live software demonstrations and training.
Joi attended George Mason University. In April 2014, Joi obtained her Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) and is currently working towards obtaining her CPP certification. Joi is a member of the Colonial Capital APA Chapter.
Brenda came to PenSoft in 2012 from the Sentara Corporate office, Brenda is a native of Delaware, Ohio. Prior to Sentara she worked for 10 years at the Western Yorktown Refinery as an Account Payables Analyst until they closed in 2010. She has over 14 years of payroll and customer service experience. In addition to providing outstanding program support to customers worldwide, she is a member of PenSoft's elite team of trainers providing top quality quarterly seminars. Brenda also contributes to the quarterly PenSoft newsletter and assists with research to keep the PenSoft software in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Brenda has an Associates degree in Science from Thomas Nelson Community College. She graduated with a 3.8 GPA and was on the Dean's List.
