PenSoft, a prominent developer of payroll software, is excited to announce it has received IRS approval for their 94x project to electronically file tax forms 940, 941, and 944.
Filing of Forms 94x is a web service application for PenSoft Payroll customers to electronically file IRS Forms 940, 941, and 944. Once customers are enrolled with the IRS and PenSoft, they can electronically transmit IRS Forms 940, 941, and 944 to PenSoft who will collect and transmit these forms electronically to the IRS. This process will increase the company’s efficiency and eliminate the need to file paper forms.
